Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. While coffee is a consumable product, partial returns are accepted if the remaining contents are properly sealed and unspoiled. Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments immediately upon arrival and report any issues promptly.
Free Returns
All returns are free of charge. We provide prepaid return labels or arrange carrier pickup, depending on your location. No restocking fees or return shipping costs will ever be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take additional time to appear in your account after we initiate the refund.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the 60-day window, products altered after delivery, or packages returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. In such cases, returned goods may be disposed of or, if feasible, reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is denied due to processing status, you may still return the item upon receipt under our standard return terms.
